I've been a member of Fitness Times and my experience has been very good . Availability of all equipment which is always well-maintained, and the variety keeps workouts exciting. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and readily available to assist. The facility Air Conditioned and reasonable spaces making the gym a comfortable to work out. Special training is provided and the instructors are motivating and skilled. Locker and changing rooms are available for both gent's & ladies which was properly maintained. Separate timings for ladies only is allocated between 10:00 to 17:00 hrs. and mixed timing for both men and ladies. This center is located on the new bus stand and parking spaces are available on the building.

Gymnasium with good standards and facilities. It is a unisex family gymnasium with air conditioning, personal trainers and separate locker and changing area for both women and men. Friendly and helpful staff. A collection of machines are available and are all of good quality and ergonomics. Membership pricing is also competitive compared to other gyms and their services in the locality.
