Masters Aluva Health Club

The place is on the fourth floor of the old bus stand building. It is a open gym, fresh air flows by. The equipments are a bit rusty and there are no trainers apart from the gym instructor. It is very spacious and has basic facilities like water and a washroom. Only 3 treadmills are working but for the 400 monthly fees its good.

A great place to workout. It is a good gym for starters. They have a well experienced trainer who believes in old school training methods. One of the best environments to workout, that I have experienced. The equipments are a bit old and outdated which that is the only fault that I have found. I will recommend this gym for people of all age classes.

Traditional classic gym, with all the needed machines and weights for those who wants to have a healthy and good physic. Will recommend this gym to everyone who is interested for bodybuilding and to have healthy toned body. For people who are looking for fancy machines and jingos stay away coz what you get here is pure Raw style of old school gym. With well trained and experienced trainers. It has good air circulation through out with vast area. Both ladies and gents and train here. It's one of most affordable gyms around in Aluva with all basic amenities. The place is not air conditioned and does not have most modern machines but for the price you are getting much more than you bargain for. Overall good experience for me as I been training here for the past 8 years.
