A gym is something which gives you goosebumps to lift some weights - it comprises of equipment's, gym etiquette, environment and trainer. Be it Heseraghatta, Soldevanhalli or chikkabanavara region- Himalaya fitness seems to edge over other peers with the above points. It's been couple of months for me with this gym and am getting personal trained with Ramesh sir- highly motivated and punctual. Let's see where I stand after 6 months with my body transformation. Overall this gym is more than enough for a guy/girl to get their body transformed
