Before I joined Core Fitness Studio in May, I was not at all comfortable working out in public. But at Core I gained confidence and more importantly, I found that I actually enjoyed working out. I have noticed changes in myself, especially in terms of strength. The trainer is very understanding of your needs and is super supportive. Highly recommend this place!

I would highly recommend this gym and boxing facility. The trainer is understanding of individual body needs and tailors your workouts accordingly. I found him to be very motivating. The environment in the gym is very easy going and fun and competitive in a constructive manner (it was something I was looking for). The variations in the workouts on a daily basis keeps it interesting. I am very happy with my results after only 3 months of joining the establishment. I have never felt better.

I've gone to many other workout places in mangalore. But this one is different, the trainer here is very friendly and approachable. He has a proper workout plan for each one , every single day . Totally ive had a very good experience.

Strengthening your core and getting fit with right form and correct technique is the Moto of the trainers here.. one of the best functional fitness gym and only in the area.. It's fun working out here with good attention and guidance given to you.. For folks starting out and do not have much idea about fitness it's definitely the right place to start..

Amazing place not just the maintenance also the training and exercise you get plus the teachers are lit .very friendly hospitality. Price is affordable.... and do check their Instagram page for offers every now and then
