I would like to recommend you'll regarding Health power gym fitness .its well maintained supportive staff members, the equipment are top notch they have a quiet lot of equipment can keep workouts interesting and prevent plateaus.... Staff members Ajay Thakur is so amazing Trainer his really an incredible person his Guidance n support I really appreciate him ... and Thanks a Lot to the owner Harshal for the lovely support n pushing me to be the best . I feel stronger n more confident Do vist health power gym your achievements will make your goals come true

Decent gym, located on the 1st floor. Completed its 2nd anniversary, on 27th September 2024. Good variety of Equipments, that are well maintained, with minimum down-time, if any. There are knowledgeable Trainers, to guide you. Mornings they are open till 12 noon; while post lunch open 4pm - 12am! Owners (couple) are invariably also present, and pleasant natured. Safe bike parking, opp gym. Clean washroom. Recommended for membership.

Thank you for a most wonderful one month workout. Harshal (owner/trainer) thank you for your guidance through some of the routines. You were great!!! And thank you Ajay (trainer) for helping me and pushing me everyday and always with a smile on your face! Both of you made the experience great! (And introducing me to some fun songs during my workout!!) Connecting with some other gym clients made the workout enjoyable! Gym is located within easy access from Candolim. The best part is you can complete all your workout with minimal downtime between machines. Lots of sunlight makes the place bright! For those of us from abroad, the gym has flexible options. Opportunity to improve: to make the workout experience focused and better it would be helpful to adopt a policy that restricts mobile phone conversations inside the gym. Gym is a health temple where we concentrate on ourselves. Phone rings and conversations are disruptive. Clients can take the calls outside the gym. Gentle reminders to all with signage will help. I visited this gym in Goa recently, and I must say it was the worst gym experience I've ever had. The equipment there was not only outdated but also in a dangerous condition. Many machines were in disrepair, and some even had loose parts. It was clear that maintenance was lacking, which made the gym a hazardous place to work out. I would strongly advise against using this gym if you value your safety and fitness.

So, let me tell you about this Gym I've been going to lately. It's really great, honestly. The equipment they have is top notch and the place is always kept clean and neat. The trainers? Fantastic! They are friendly and always there to help when you need it. The vibes in there are amazing too, it's like everyone is just pumped up to get fit. Overall, I'd totally recommend this Gym to anyone who wants a solid workout experience. You won't regret it!

I recently joined a local gym with high hopes of achieving my fitness goals and improving my overall health. However, my experience at this gym has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. In fact, I would go so far as to say that it has been a total waste of money. One of the first things that struck me upon entering this gym was its size. It's incredibly small and cramped, making it difficult to maneuver around, especially during peak hours. The limited space alone is a major drawback, as it creates an uncomfortable and overcrowded atmosphere that is far from conducive to an effective workout. Furthermore, the gym's equipment selection is abysmal. The available machines and weights are limited in variety and quantity. It's nearly impossible to follow a well-rounded workout routine here, as there are simply not enough options to target different muscle groups effectively. This limitation severely hampers one's ability to make meaningful progress and achieve fitness goals. Another significant letdown is the quality of the trainers. It's clear that they lack expertise and motivation. During my time at the gym, I found the trainers to be disengaged and disinterested in helping members. They offer minimal guidance, rarely provide useful workout advice, and seem uninterested in assisting members with proper form or technique. Their lackluster approach to personal training is truly disappointing. Additionally, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the gym leave much to be desired. Equipment is often in disrepair, and the cleanliness of the facilities is questionable at best. It's clear that the management does not prioritize the upkeep of the gym, which only adds to the overall sense of disappointment. In conclusion, my experience at this gym has been a total waste of money. The limited space, inadequate equipment, and lackluster trainers make it nearly impossible to achieve meaningful fitness results. I would strongly advise anyone considering joining this gym to explore other options that offer better value for their money and a more conducive environment for achieving their fitness goals.

My husband & I joined this gym for nearly 3 months during our stay in Goa. Had the best experience in many years. The staff are so warm, the trainers are extremely helpful. The owners have done their research before putting just the right equipment given the space, the gym is gaining a lot of popularity among a lot of body builders who keep frequenting this place. The gym is quite reasonable even for locals, it won't hurt if you miss a day or two. It's action packed most of the times which is very motivating for a real gym goer. Every session at this gym was fruitful. Thanks to the positivity around. Parking your car was never an issue, in fact it's right next to a car wash, so while you are pumping some iron, your car can get serviced/ washed, anything that you want. Thankfully it is not on a busy road. The facility is getting better by the day. Certainly, would get back to this very gym on our next visit.

Went to try this gym for the first time - so much of drama - I had taken a separate shoe and the owners ARROGANT wife started complaining about my shoes, (she was rude) - not being clean told her I have brought a pair of slippers which are outside - can't help it if the road near the entrance has mud - typical useless attitude of people here - moreover they close at noon and charge 300 Rs per day to hear this nonsense- not Interested! No wonder nobody likes coming to Goa they think they are doing a favour each time - if he is so bothered why doesn't he pave the road near his gym -- rather use my treadmill at home and not listen to useless nonsense - told him most gyms don't have a 4 hour lunch break and as for closing at midnight- quite normal in other cities like Any time Fitness is 24/7 and no ways Sundays are closed anywhere or even if they don't close at midnight normal hours are 6 am to 10pm - never never again ! KiNDLY NOTE I DO NOT MOVE WITHOUT A SANITISER SPRAY - photo enclosed - USED IT ON MY SHOES IN FRONT OF MR GYM OWNER - ENOUGH OF THEIR RANTING and it is DEFINITELY CLEANER THAN THEIR FLOOR- NOT INTERESTED!!!! Actually there should be a grading of Zero they don't even deserve one - poor attitude and treatment of first time customers- nor is it some fancy gym - just found it close to where I am and as I unfortunately or fortunately need to come to Goa frequently it would have been even good for them as could have suggested to others - he even told me it does not matter if they lose potential and regular customers - once again ATTITUDE which is driving more and more people away - thanks I would chose Thailand any day . Your response is a joke - as if your gym Is that clean and my SHOES ARE NOT DIRTY THE ROAD NEAR YOUR GYM IS AND NOR IS YOUR DIRTY SHOE RACK ! What do you think your gym is ? It's just average and who cares if you are the owners I am a customer, something that people here do not understand - keep dwelling in your importance and see how things get worse here and of course my visit to Thailand is fulfilling each time - as I said Goa does not and never can match them including gym standards - Learn to speak politely with customers especially the arrogant woman - you don't say - ' you are using outside shoes ' - learn to ask politely instead ' Excuse me please , are you using outside shoes ' - ! For your information I have washed my shoes in the washing machine , twice in the past ten days due to the red mud all over Goa so I repeat my shoes are not dirty your road is !!! Don't bother informing me if you change any timing there is NO WAY I am ever coming back . Don't teach me about gym culture - I have traveled to most countries in the world so step out of your little box in your make believe world and then talk - poor customer service and terrible attitude .
