Thoroughly enjoy visiting this gym! You won't know what it can do to you until you visit and begin your functional training. No 2 days in a week are similar. A different set of exercise awaits every day, ranging from yoga, CrossFit to taekwondo. Nothing gives more satisfaction than a killer workout here

Sameer is a fantastic trainer and coach! The training area is surrounded by trees and a field giving you the peace of mind to focus only on your workout session. Sameer ensures you get a nice cool down after your exerting but fun workout. That helps your muscles cool down, leaving you refreshed and you feel you can do the session all over again! Definitely recommended, great alternative to the gym and overall a super fun experience!

This workout class is set just off the main road in Saligao, but feels like it's proper village! Such a beautiful setting. Sameer is an amazing instructor. His knowledge, emphasis on correct movement and his varied routine make this class a workout you can easily get addicted to! I highly recommend 360 Degree Fitness for your daily workout, its very different from your regular gym workout. They have different types of sessions for everyday which includes crossfit, functional training, taekwondo, yoga and drill workouts. The trainer Sameer is very knowledgeable and thorough with his workouts. Also the best part of this fitness centre is that they have group workouts which adds so much of fun during the sessions. If you are someone who is looking to have a right balance of a healthy lifestyle and wants it without spending a huge amount you should definitely go and check this place out. #noweakness #gts
