Her approach was not only unwelcoming but also disrespectful. As the initial point of contact, a receptionist plays a crucial role in setting the tone for member experiences. Unfortunately, her demeanor reflects poorly on the gym's reputation and undermines the positive environment members expect.

Subject: Urgent Escalation - Unprofessional Behavior at RL 21 Gym Receptionist..! Dear shiva and management Team, I am writing this formally escalate an issue regarding the unacceptable behavior of the receptionist at RL 21 Gym. As a dedicated member for the past three months, I have always maintained my subscription and followed the gym's policies. However, my recent experience with the receptionist has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. On [25 feb 2025], just one day before my subscription expired, I visited the gym as usual for my workout. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the receptionist rudely stopped me at the entrance, insisting that I make a guest payment before proceeding inside. I informed her that I would renew my subscription right after completing my workout, as I have been a regular member for months. However, she displayed a complete lack of understanding, professionalism, and courtesy, refusing to acknowledge my membership history and behaving in an extremely rude and dismissive manner. Her behavior was not just unwelcoming but outright disrespectful. A receptionist is the first point of contact for any business and should be capable of handling customer interactions professionally. Unfortunately, her attitude reflects poorly on the gym's reputation and creates a negative experience for loyal members. Key Concerns: * Unprofessional Conduct: The receptionist lacks basic customer service skills and does not know how to communicate respectfully. * Disregard for Member Experience: Instead of facilitating a smooth experience, she created an unnecessary conflict, showing no concern for regular members. * Lack of Common Sense & Judgment: Insisting on an immediate payment without allowing a loyal member to complete their workout is irrational and unnecessary. Request for Immediate Action: Given this behavior, I strongly urge RL 21 Gym management to take serious action. Such an individual, who lacks both professionalism and courtesy, should not be representing the gym. I request that. Please note that with her behavior she literally lost 3 customer straight away and she dont even care about it ...that much attitude and arrogant can't tolerate at all. I belive management team will take care of the above concerns and my sincere feedback . Remember here things will not get stop easily.

Awesome gym in this area. Ambiance is awesome. Trainers are also friendly. Owner is also supporting.

Trainers are not good.. They are ignoring there customers.. And and asking for more money for personal trainers...

Place is good and this gym is very good for women
