I've been going to this gym for a while now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness journey. They make killer workout plans for the member of this gym and also this is not like any other gym in whole Itanagar, Love the workout session. Trainers here are strict but very lovely and give full attention to everyone.

After I spend my time more than 3 years for gym in different place .I recommended and satisfied with this The Fitness Garage. Here You will find a Very talented and experience Trainer- Mr. VIKKRAM who is teaching every Students as Personal Trainer. And best things is there is no any PT System. Our Trainer he trained and teach every one equally according to Personal needed.

Well Experienced Trainer and Well equipped Gym. Free Cardio Session is the best and you won't find free cardio session any where in Itanagar Gym.

Being a women and introvert I was bit hesitant to join in the gym because of bad experience... one evening i went there just to see whether is it friendly along with the exercise and see what i found... Iam a big fan of This gym and this gym become my Happiest place where no one judge me for my bulky shape... only in 1 month i have lost good amount of weight under the guidance of My Sir VIKRAM! All thanks to this gym and especially the one who open this gym.... Certainly it is the best in the ICR right now. The Gym is well equipped with certified Trainer . The best part about the gym is the trainer himself Mr Vikram Kumar who is very diligent and passionate about training his clients and gives his 101 percent to each and every client as per the clients' level of strength. U don't need PT when he is around and he is surly gonna make u achieve u ur weight loss goal.

His effort for making Students fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit.
